Panel Reimbursement Policy

OUR STANDARD POLICY IS TO DEDUCT $15 OFF THE STANDARD PRICE OF A FULL WEEKEND BADGE FOR EVERY 1 HOUR OF PROGRAMMING PERFORMED.

• This discount does not apply toward VIP badges or single-day badges.

• Your reimbursement is your responsibility. You must pick up your reimbursement from Con Ops during the convention weekend. Reimbursements will not be made before or after the convention weekend.

• If you do not show up for your panel you will not be granted the panel reimbursement.

• Regardless of how many co-panelists run an hour of panels/events, the leader of the group will get the credit and the leader can distribute the discount as they see fit.
